黄志伟



黄志伟,博士,澳门v泥斯副教授。1995年陕西师范大学取得学士学位;2005年中国科学院上海生命科学研究院取得博士学位。先后在中国科学院上海生命科学研究院(2005-2006)和美国贝勒医学院生物化学与分子生物学系(2006-2010)作博士后研究。2011年入选上海市浦江人才计划。主要从事化学遗传及细胞脂质代谢分子调控机制研究。在关键抗真菌药用化合物的作用机制、耐药性和基于细胞代谢障碍模型的分子调控方面取的一系列研究成果,在Nat. Methods, PLOS Genet.,Cell Rep.,Appl. Environ. Microb.,Mol. Cell.等学术刊物上发表论文70余篇,主持相关科研项目17项。是美国遗传学会、中国生物化学与分子生物学会、中国细胞生物学学会、上海市生物化学与分子生物学学会会员,中国科学院西北高原生物研究所客座研究员。曾邀为Int. J. Mol. Sci.,Front. Microbiol.,Toxicol. Res.,FEBS Lett.,PLOS One,Exp. Ther. Med.等期刊审稿。


主要研究方向

1.真菌耐药性分子机制及新治疗策略研究:临床化疗、导管、插管和器官移植等引起的条件性真菌感染增多,真菌耐药性问题日益严重,本方向目的是研究真菌的耐药机制并寻找新的抗真菌药物或新的治疗措施。

2.脂肪积累调控的生理与分子机制研究:基于“肥胖”细胞模型,研究脂肪积累调控的分子机制寻找有效的干预措施(减肥药物)。

3.热点小分子药物的分子靶点鉴定及细胞调控机制研究。
