Good Morning! So I have a really strange question for you…
Do you write your post and put the picture in while you write? or
Do you put in all the pictures then write what you want around them?
I’ve always done the first option but yesterday evening I put all the pictures in first and I feel like posting is so much faster now. I’m sticking to putting in all the pictures and writing around them.
I’m sort of in a hurry this morning. I was up to my alarm at 6:50 and I need to be at the physical therapist office by 7:30. Good think I’m quick.
I was craving some carbs so I went with the egg sandwich. I used the Raspberry Peach Champagne Jam and Nature Valley Whole Wheat bread. Nature Valley loaves always feel so doughy in the middle.
My calories were a little too low with only the sandwich. I’m shooting for breakfast, snack, lunch, snack all around 300 calories. Then at dinner I’m eating either a 600 calorie meal, or two 300 calorie mini meals. This set up worked really well yesterday and I was really satisfied, even with the workout and basketball games.
On the Agenda Today
Physical Therapy this morning. I’m having some sore-ness pain my heal on the reconstructed ankle so I don’t know what I’ll do. According to the schedule I made yesterday I have cross training today so I can choose something that feels good. I really want to do all three runs every week so I’ll probably not push it today.
After PT I have a lecture and a discussion, then I’m commuting back and I have two basketball practices. I don’t know when I’ll find time to read for classes.
Last year during basketball season I had three classes but they were all on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s and I had all day Mon/Wed/Fri to do school work. With one class each day of the week, plus the commute (that is sometimes longer than actual class) I just can’t even find the time. Midterms are coming next week so I need to figure out something soon. I have a feeling this weekend will not be a fun one
