Yep, it was a very productive day here on Maren’s Morsels (MaMo).
First, thing’s first…
I got coffee this morning because I was running late to work and I actually asked for a snowman free cup…
To my relief the woman took my request seriously.
I’m going to be completely honest here, I go to the second closest Starbucks to my house because it has a drive through.
I think this probably makes me a little insane on some level.
I don’t like to get out and go into Starbucks some mornings. The people in there can be kinda snooty.
I’m really excited because I have a Starbucks date this afternoon with my friend Kate. She plays on my basketball team and we’re both splurging and having holiday beverages.

Pumpkin spice is my splurge holiday drink. If you like iced coffee ask for a pump of it in your coffee and add some soy milk. SO good!
Have you had the gingerbread latte? It’s my second favorite. And I’m having the Jillian Holiday Coffee Combo for sure. It sounds delicious.
Coffee dates are always fun. I’m not a huge starbucks fan but I’d splurge for that creme brulee one or whatever it is.

I haven’t done a coffee date in a long time. Though I don’t really drink coffee. I tend to get the apple cider when I go to ye ol’ ‘Bucks. :) Though a lot of the holiday drinks do sound delicious.
Ok, the one big holiday splurge I do get is the Egg Nog Milkshake from McD’s. It’s the only thing I’ll order and it’s soooooooooooooooooooooooo damn good. Add a small shot of bourbon and it’s heaven. lol.
I had a Starbucks date today too! I got the Peppermint mocha and it tasted SO good!
I love the Salted Caramel… but is that only a fall drink? I don’t visit Starbucks that regularly but I do love that drink.
Peppermint Mocha is my all time fav but a friend of mine told me i need to try the gingerbread so that’s next!
