Happy Friday. Holla!

Since my comment function isn’t working and I’m currently using like 9 geeks I know to try and fix it, but nothing’s working… I just want to say thanks for all your comments on the last few posts. I read all of them and desperately want to reply. GAHHHHH… Geeks, come on! Do what you do best and fix this glitch.

Fashion Friday.

Okay… so my friend Cait who writes Cait Plus Ate is like a fashion goddess and I literally stalk her on Instagram because she always photos what she’s wearing that day. She’s a fellow Forever 21 connoisseur too…

She does this thing called Fashion Friday where she posts all the things she’s worn for a few days and I want to do it too.

Here’s what I’m wearing today:

  • Nordstrom Maxi Dress $45
  • H&M Stripe Top $12
  • Target Scarf $14
  • Charming Charlie earrings $2
  • Longchamp tote $145
  • Steve Madden boots (I bought at a discount store) $40 originally $115

I saw this photo on the internet yesterday and it pretty much made my day so I have to share the wealth with y’all!

LOL… It’s definitely not the wallpaper on my iPhone right now…

Here is the latest photo of Donner.

Spicy Grapefruit Margaritas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recipe from Jenna at Eat Live Run

Makes 2 margaritas.

Photo 4

I saw these on Jenna’s blog yesterday while I was blog snooping. And I HAD HAD HAD to make them. I really love my margaritas but I’m a little bit of a margarita snob.

I do not like my ‘Ritas too sweet. too salty (but I still want the salt!!!). too tequila-y (I’m not drinking a shot here). I don’t like limes from concentrate (too sweet…). Etc.

So when I saw this recipe that uses homemade spicy simple syrup I was all a twitter-pated for some Grapefruit ‘Rita. Plus I’m obsessed with grapefruit cocktails in general so… ‘nough said.

Click on this for the recipe.

I love them and I’m planning on a Grapefruit Margarita Bar at my Single Lady Superbowl Party on Sunday. And by single lady I just mean me watching the superbowl by myself with a grapefruit margarita.

I hope you are all having a great Friday! I promise a Cobb Salad recipe is coming.

TELL ME ABOUT YOU!!! I WANT TO KNOW….

I plan on doing questions again, once I can respond to all your comments. :(

I saw that recipe, too and totally wanted to try it. I’ve made another one of her grapefruit cocktails from last year and it was delicious.

Eek! I don’t know if I can handle the spicy with margarita!
I saw an ad for this new jalapeno tequila – I’m not sure I’d like that very much, but maybe you will!
