Okay now that I got that issue all covered here on the blog we can get on with life!
I carved this bad boy yesterday! Isn’t he great?!
Today I’ve been glued to my contraband food cards. That’s what I’ve named them… Contraband Foods….. sounds so ominous that way. ;-)
Anyways, with my new nutrition plan they gave me totally awesome (and helpful) food cards with all my contraband foods categorized with colored dots telling me if it’s a High Sensitivity, Moderate or Low.
Breakfast was honey nut chex and almond milk. Cereal is NOT exciting to me and I loath it so I didn’t deem it worthy of sd card space……
Lunch on the other hand was a total score! A+ Maren! Maren 1, Contraband Foods 0!! Ahhhhahah!
We went to a new place for lunch today and I’m 151% determined to no let my new eating habits dictate where I can eat… for the most part. So I looked at the menu and MADE IT WORK!
I had the Italian Chef Salad with no croutons or cheese. Booyeah! The only thing I ate on my entire list (including low sensitivity foods that I’m actually eating so I’m not malnourished) was black pepper.
But I learned the dressing on the side lesson again! Why do I not learn this lesson???? Always get the dressing on the side. I do not want soup, I want salad.

Nope, I was going to but now I have basketball tryouts from 5:30 to 7:30 :-(
What food can’t you live without?
I thought it was peanut butter and yogurt but I really want to live……..
