running on cement.

falling while climbing up and/or down bleachers.

wearing heals of any kind.

sleeping on my back! When I sleep on my back my feet turn in because of the blankets. This makes for a lot of sleepless nights.

the heat from the heating pad with make my 3 screws super hot and burn my bone… like I said, irrational.

popping. the last time my joint popped I fell in surprise and laid spread eagle on the floor.

taking on and off my UGGs. It hurts so bad!

my foot snagging on the pant legs of people walking by me when my legs are crossed.

jumping off things. Actually jumping in general.

walking on snow, this is a newly acquired fear since I’m going to the snow in 10 days.

Oh sweet girl. It can be hard to get over these fears after having a major operation or medical problem. I wish that I could start a group with you! I had surgery years ago, but I still remember those fears! I hope that you find some people to love on you and talk these thoughts through with. Take care, my friend!

These are all 100% rational!
Although, that just came from a girl who spent 30 minutes explaining to her boyfriend’s entire family how she doesn’t like flying, especially landing because she is afraid the plane will roll until it bursts in to flames.
Of course, that wasn’t me…
