For all of you who didn’t know

The GIANTS are in the WORLD SERIES!

Let’s Go Giant’s Let’s Go!

They’re 1 win down in the series, three more an we can call ourselves world series champs for the first time since the 50’s! Whoo Hoo!

Post Exam Snack!

Can we talk about my new LOVE? Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Lara is my new go-to dessert. Forget Coconut! This was amazing, such a great treat for after my test.

I think I did well. I know I at least passed. But the rest is up to the TA and Professor’s grading. I’m hoping for a B or B+ but we’ll have to wait and see. That’s what you get in libral arts classes, tons of essay questions that can be “graded on interpretation”. So lame.

After class was over I enjoyed my Lara and drove over to Monterey to watch the first game of the ‘Series with Max at his house.

We were such Californians. We watched the game while eating totally 100% authentic burritos from a taqueria about 3 blocks away.

Dinner

We went to a new place I’d never been to.

This is a little dive taqueria about 3 blocks from Max’s house. Once my ankle is healed we’ll be walking there I’m sure.

It’s called Baldemiro’s Taco Shop and it makes my most favorite Veggie Burrito ever!

The veggie burrito comes with beans, rice, lettuce, salsa, and guacamole. I love that it had no cheese. That way I didn’t have to order it without.

Of course I drenched my burrito with Tapatio. This was almost as good as being in the nosebleed section at AT&T park enjoying Garlic Fries.

Oh yeah! Burrito Madness.

So, I might not be coaching basketball this season. I’m really sad. My dad and I had a communication problem, we misunderstood each other about a mandatory meeting that happened tonight from 4-9pm. I wasn’t there, luckily I drove out to North Salinas High and caught the right person as they were pulling out of the parking lot. Hopefully I can make up the meeting somewhere close. I have to send her an e-mail tomorrow morning and pray that everything works out as it’s supposed to.

Confession: I drowned my sorrows in some wheat beer with Kenny Chesney soothing my soul in the background.

I’m off to enjoy some Nick and Nora’s Infinite Playlist as snuggle with my warm bed. I’ll see ya’ll tomorrow morning for some breakfast. Go Gigantes! GIANTS!
