The Twisted Bikini: May!

Hi guys May is here!!!

So… the first month of The Twisted Bikini went great! For those of you who don’t know my spring/summer mission here it is in a nutshell… do easy, simple, and quick things that will make the body I have right now look like a million bucks for beach season. No diets!!! :mrgreen:

I did the April Bikini Countdown Circuit just as prescribed by SHAPE Magazine, 3 times a week combined with at least 4 cardio sessions of 30 minutes or more. At the beginning I really didn’t know if I’d be able to accomplish so much fitness each week but I did it no problem! ;-)

I love it when things work out like they should!!

This month’s circuit is all about turning up the burn! LOVE IT!

This month I need 2 new toys to complete all the exercises… a balance ball and a resistance band.

I found them both at Target for about $30 dollars.

This month I’ll do my new May Circuit 3 times a week with 4 cardio sessions just like before. But I’ll try to get more sessions at 45-60 minutes rather than most of them being right around 30 minutes. I gotta turn up the burn! ;-)

I’ve lost a few inches on my hips, thighs and my tummy is definitely flatter. YEAH!!

Keep a look out, April was just about getting all that fitness in to jump start the tone-up process. This month there will be a lot more rockin’ bikini tips and some easy ways to turn up the summer heat right this second!!!

Whoa…you are smokin’! I’m totally counting down until I can strength train again so I can do the bikini body circuit. I’ll be honest…right now the idea of a bikini feels more like a noose that I would hang myself. The meds I’m on are making me gain weight, plus I miss my normal routine and I feel a bit off my naturopath/intuitive eating game right now, so it’s all combining to make me feel kinda yucky. But it’s just a phase…that’s what I keep telling myself.

I really hope you can do it because it seriously works wonders!!! It’s not too challenging and it’s really transforming my body. I know you’ll love it.

Nice work! I love my exercise ball. I think just having it in my house makes me fitter. ;)
