Hi Guys! Happy first full week of the new year.
Since it is the first full week of 2013, it’s the perfect time to get started cooking with my subscription to Top Chef University. To read my first post on TCU- click here.
After spending all weekend watching some of the basics videos I’ve planned out how to get through all the courses within this year. I’ve also grouped a bunch of the tutorials with applicable recipes and lessons. That way I can write about how to correctly chop tomatoes when I’m making tomato soup.
