Firstly, I did not allot time to pack a lunch this morning so I stopped at the holy grail of pre packaged lunch stops: Whole Foods!
Next look for something delicious, light, filling and easy to eat (potentially quickly since you might be cramming!). Possibly look for a treat for after said Exam.
I chose a half Caesar Salad and the Fresh Thai Wrap. Which is vegan!
The Thai Wrap was delish and totally filling. Plus I ran through my flashcards while I ate it! Total props to the ease of consumption. I probably didn’t even need the Caesar salad so I’ll chalk it up to needing a treat and I LOVE Caesar salads.
I also bought a treat for after my exam… that to be shared later.
How much time are you supposed to not study right before the test to retain everything?

I hope you did an amazing job on your test. I’m about to get back my first graduate paper…and I’m nervous! I need to stop by Whole Foods to get some prepackaged food for my plane ride tomorrow….I’m going back to Colorado to be with my family, thank God! Thanks for sharing…hugs!
Hope Ryan Jr. is getting even just a little bit better every day. I’m happy your going to CO to be with family, I couldn’t imagine being or doing anything else,
You can never go wrong with Whole Foods! During college, I used to study right up to the exams with no breaks in between. Probably wasn’t a great idea but it I guess worked out because I have a degree now! :D
confession: me to! I just always heard about letting your brain rest for 30 minutes or something before the test for retention. Turns out no one else has heard of it either lol. I crammed up until the test hit my desk!
YUM! That Fresh Thai Wrap looks amazing! I want to try and recreat it!
It was delish and I bet super easy. I know it had some rice with peanut sauce and some shredded carrot and cucumber. It was super filling! If you recreate it let me know, I definitely don’t want to miss that post.
